The operational service of the WHSD is ready to sum up the results of the past winter. From November 2022 to April 2023, 61,000 cubic meters of snow were removed from the highway, which required 3,050 dump trucks to snow collection points. During the incessant snowfalls, the WHSD was cleaned around the clock, while up to 80 people and more than 40 units of large special equipment worked simultaneously in a shift: vehicles for removing snow from the roadway, for cleaning barrier fences, for distributing reagents, for loading and removing snow mass . The total cumulative mileage of special equipment for the season amounted to 759,586 km - this distance is equal to 21 trips around the world, each of which is 36,787 km long. During the winter season, the loaders have worked a total of 9,667 engine hours. The established positive temperature allows the WHSD maintenance service to start spring general cleaning. It is expected that in the next two months there will be more than 2,000 cubic meters of estimates from the pipeline.
