WHSD hosted the stage of the "Medniy Vsadnik" triathlon

On July 17, 2022, the Western High-Speed Diameter hosted one of the stages of the "Medniy Vsadnik" triathlon competition. The event was attended by 2500 people. The western high-speed diameter was chosen as the venue for the cycling stage by the organizing committee of the competition under the leadership of the vice-governor of St. Petersburg, because the highway and its unique bridge structures have become the hallmark of our city. The cycling route passed along the Northern, Central and Southern sections of the highway. Athletes overcame a distance of 90 km.
