For one day, on May 21, 2022, the Western High-Speed Diameter became available to active lifestyle enthusiasts - the city hosted the fourth WHSD Fontanka Fest.
Last Saturday, 2,000 athletes and 10,000 cyclists rode and jogged along one of the most beautiful sections of the WHSD - the Central Section. The festival traditionally opened with a 10 km run and a half-marathon - 21.1 km. The cyclists took to the track at 21:00 and had time to enjoy the pre-dusk views of the city right from the Gulf of Finland.
