The WHSD is one of the main elements of the transport support system for the Russia-Africa Summit

Dear users! From 27 to 28 July, the Northern Capital will host the "Second Summit of the Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum". During the preparation and holding of the summit it is forecasted that there will be a significant demand for motor vehicles of the participants and guests of the event, including special vehicles. In connection with this, short-term traffic restrictions may be imposed on sections of the motorway. The restrictions are imposed by the relevant state authorities for the period of passage of organised convoys and will be lifted immediately after their passage. Please take this information into account when planning your route and journey time, use navigation services, monitor the traffic situation, including paying attention to the data displayed on the variable information boards. We remind you that there will also be restrictions for lorry transport. We urge all users to comply with the Traffic Rules!
