The final public hearings for the project of Western High-Speed Diameter Central Section (WHSD) have taken place. Thus the project of the last stages of the highway construction has undergone public discussion procedure in all the areas affected by construction: Vasilievsky, Kirovsky, Petrogradsky, Primorsky.
