Successfully established sanitary protection zones at the WHSD operating bases

On November 10, Northern Capital Highway LLC received a positive expert opinion based on the results of a sanitary and epidemiological examination of measurements of noise levels and air pollutants at the border of the calculated sanitary protection zone of the WHSD southern operational base. The work was carried out as part of the laboratory research program approved by the project of the sanitary protection zone of the facility, which passed the examination in 2021 and received the approval of the Office of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare in the city of St. Petersburg. For three years, in order to comply with the requirements of the sanitary-epidemiological and land legislation of the Russian Federation, the company has carried out a set of measures to establish zones with special conditions for the use of the territory for the constructed WHSD operation bases. The established sanitary protection zones, according to their functional purpose, are a protective barrier that ensures the level of safety of the population during the operation of facilities. The size of the established sanitary protection zones ensures that the impact of pollution on the atmospheric air is reduced to the values established by hygienic standards.
