LLC "NCH" has made a decision to provide the possibility of free travel on the Western High-Speed Diameter from 00:00 to 23:59 on September 8, 2021, for vehicles that are driven by veterans or transporting them.
The right of free travel can be used by:
1) invalids of the Great Patriotic War;
2) veterans of the Great Patriotic War from among:
a) participants of the Great Patriotic War;
b) people who worked at air defense facilities, local air defense, on the construction of defensive structures, naval bases, airfields and other military facilities within the rear borders of active fronts, operational zones of operating fleets, on the front-line sections of railways and highways; crew members of transport fleet ships interned at the beginning of the Great Patriotic War in ports of other states;
c) persons awarded with the sign "Resident of the blockade Leningrad";
d) people who worked in the rear from June 22, 1941 to May 9, 1945 for at least six months, excluding the period of work in the temporarily occupied territories of the USSR; persons awarded orders or medals of the USSR for selfless labor during the Great Patriotic War;
3) former underage prisoners of concentration camps, ghettos and other places of detention created by the Nazis and their allies during the Second World War.
To implement giving the right of free travel, a veteran who drives a vehicle or is a passenger of a vehicle must present a confirmation document of the established form to the cashier-operator of the Western High-Speed Diameter payment point.

Free travel rules:
- Travel must be carried out using the lanes on which payment is made in cash / by credit card (stripes with yellow signs, pic. 1.);
- It is necessary to present a confirmation document of the established form to the cashier-operator of the WHSD payment point; It is highly advisable to ensure that there is no transponder in the car. If the transponder is still there and has worked, you need to show the cashier the documents giving the right to free travel. Trips will be adjusted within 5 business days.
