Northern Capital Highway, LLC , the Government of Saint Petersburg and Western High-Speed Diameter, JSC concluded an agreement of intent on the construction of traffic interchanges with WHSD

An agreement of intent between Northern Capital Highway, LLC, the Government of Saint Petersburg and Western High-Speed Diameter, JSC on the construction of additional traffic interchanges on Western High-Speed Diameter (WHSD) was concluded at the St. Petersburg Forum this year.

The agreement of intent was signed by Andrey Kostin, President and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank, Georgy Poltavchenko, Governor of Saint Petersburg and Igor Lukyanov, CEO of Western High-Speed Diameter, JSC.

The design of new interchanges of WHSD with Novoe broadway, Shuvalovsky prospect and Shkipersky protok St. on Vasilevsky Island.

It is supposed that the construction and operation of the interchanges will be implemented on the basis of Public Private Partnership (PPP) principles concluded with the City of Saint-Petersburg and “Western High-Speed Diameter”, JSC for a total of RUB 8 billion.
