The project for construction and operation of the Western High-Speed Diameter Highway, implemented by Northern Capital Highway LLC, was once again recognized as the best in the assessment conducted by Infrastructure Club, a community of infrastructure market professionals, and Hyperion Strategy Group. More than 100 largest Russian infrastructure PPP projects and concessions in all key areas, from transport to social facilities and public infrastructure, were considered in the course of the rating.
The experts analyzed the management of communications, the availability and quality of information provided, the form of its presentation and consistency, the availability of separate channels of communication with different target audiences, as well as creativity.
Infra Club Awards 2021 is a professional Rating focused on the analysis of the availability of information on the planning, creation and operation of infrastructure projects, the implementation of which involves the use of PPP tools.
NCH and the Western High-Speed Diameter project were winners in all previous transparency ratings.
