Building of main constructions begins at WHSD Central Section Sites nowadays. They are excavation of rout line grounds on Vasilevsky Island and on the area of the Cable-stayed bridge across Bolshaya Neva River. Construction of this Section is being undertaken ahead of schedule. It was reported by the representatives of Northern Capital Highway Consortium and IC Astaldi, the Contractor, at the press-tour held on 17 June 2013.
