TASS: Agreement on the Start of Work on the Project of Interchange of WHSD in the South of St. Petersburg was signed at SPIEF

SAINT-PETERSBURG, June 7. /TASS/. The Government of St. Petersburg, Magistral Severnoy Stolitsa (MSS) and Zapadny Skorostnoi Diameter (ZSD) signed an agreement to start working on the project for the construction of the Western High Speed Diameter (WHSD) traffic interchange near Vitebsky Prospekt in the south of the city. "Within the framework of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum the "Northern Capital Highway" LLC (NCC) one of the shareholders of which is VTB Bank, St. Petersburg and "Western High Speed Diameter" JSC signed an agreement on the beginning of works under the project of construction of the junction of WHSD with Vitebsk prospekt. The signatures under the document were put by the vice-governor of St. Petersburg Eduard Batanov, the general director of MCS Alexey Bnatov and the general director of JSC "WHSD" Konstantin Popov", - is spoken in the message.
