Fontanka.ru: The WHSD started removing cars from the scene of accidents free of charge, so that other drivers wouldn't crash into them

The Western High-Speed Diameter in St. Petersburg has launched a free emergency towing service for cars damaged in accidents. They are taken out of the highway to prevent another hit-and-run, i.e. a new accident.

As it was explained to "Fontanka" on 17 November by the press-service of the Northern Capital Highway LLC, earlier only trucks were taken out, now this service is also available for the 1st and 2nd classes transport means - cars and motorcycles with height above the front axle of less and more than 1,3 meters.
