«European Toll Road Deal of the Year» («Deal of the year in the field of european toll motorways»)

Northern capital highway, LLC won the «Investor of 2017» government award in the «Implementation of the best strategic and investment project». The Award recognizes a successfully implemented construction stage and operation of the Western High-Speed Diameter under the PPPA. WHSD Central section construction was completed and then commissioned in 2016.

The Western High-Speed Diameter was announced as the best implemented project in the field of transport infrastructure objects construction during the 3rd annual city-planning contest of Ministry of Construction Industry, Housing and Utilities Sector of the Russian Federation, 2017.

The Western High-Speed Diameter was awarded as the most important architectural project in the field of Industrial Construction.
Winners of the award, established by Youth Association under the Governor of St. Petersburg, were selected via online voting.
