In November 2019, the project of the construction and operation of the Western High-Speed Diameter based on public-private partnership agreement was recognized as the leader in the rating of infrastructure transparency, Infraclub Awards. The award ceremony was held within the framework of the Summit of market leaders of infrastructure projects 2019.
